Content & Services
Afrozania provides a convenient online shopping/ e-commerce solution for the health, beauty and wellness industry. In addition to this We may offer the following additional services :
- The ability to review products and provision of customer reviews
- Advanced order management and tracking
- Applicable and targeted marketing
Delivery of goods and shipping services
Afrozania strives to process all orders within 2 business days of initial order (subject to stock availability). In general:
- All orders placed before 11am (Standard South African Time GMT +2) will be processed on the same day.
- All orders placed after 11am (Standard South African Time GMT +2) will be processed on the following day.
- All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day according to the South African Calendar.
- Orders are always despatched for delivery precisely one day after processing.
National Deliveries (South Africa)
International shipments are dispatched via DHL and fees and lead times are calculated upon checkout.
Please note: All products sold on Afrozania and the substances and ingredients contained therein are authorized for sale in the Republic of South Africa without restriction and any member of the public is permitted to possess them without a licence, permit or prescription. Afrozania provides no guarantee that these products or the ingredients contained therein are permitted in your country or region and accepts no liability for good withheld by customs whatsoever.
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of goods sold on Afrozania, and to ensure that our customers only receive products of the highest quality; goods may not be returned in circumstances other than manufacturer defect. Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product in question. A full refund will be issued for defective products. In cases where there is no stock availability, Afrozania will honor a full refund request issued by the customer
Payment options accepted
Currently, the following payments methods are accepted:
- EFT bank transfer
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Afrozania via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate is a licensed System Operator with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). PayGate is fully PCI compliant and uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to https://www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Afrozania separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer towww.paygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Afrozania takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods. Afrozania agrees to work actively with the other parties to your transactions to resolve any disputes. If any charge-back claim occurs (as the result of a dispute or for any reason whatsoever), Afrozania will provide the bank with all the necessary documentation for the resolution of the claim.
You are expressly and emphatically restricted from all of the following:
selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercialising any Website material;
divulging or publicising any Customer information and contact information with third parties for any reason whatsoever;
using this Website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this Website;
using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;
using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;
engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website, or while using this Website;

Certain areas of this Website are restricted from access by you and Afrozania may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion. You, the Customer, agree that all information and data that you submit to Afrozania is accurate and trustworthy.
Your Content and Data
In these Terms And Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material of a non-personal nature you choose to display on this Website. With respect to Your Content, by displaying it, you grant Afrozania a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
Afrozania will communicate with customers to confirm and process transactions and as a result of this Afrozania will require the use of customer data. This customer data will not be made available to or sold to any third party, and will be used for its intended purpose only.
Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. Afrozania reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time, and for any reason, without notice.
Afrozania shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. Afrozania cannot be held liable for incorrectly asserted customer data on the website. The onus is on the customer to ensure that all data provided is correct in order to successfully charge, invoice and ship orders.
Furthermore, Afrozania, nor any of its officers, directors and employees in no event shall be liable for any alleged illness, injury, death, loss of or damage to property arising from the use of products sold on this Website under any circumstance whatsoever.
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Afrozania from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Afrozania shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers, contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Afrozania and you in relation to your use of this Website and related services, and supersede all prior verbal or written agreements or understandings with respect to the same. Parties will not be entitled to rely, in any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, on any terms, conditions or representations not expressly contained in these terms and conditions.
These Terms and this website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of South Africa for the resolution of any disputes.
The Parties choose as their Domicilium citandi et executandi their respective addresses set out below or asserted on the Afrozania website, for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, of which the party concerned may notify the other in writing.
