NPL - L - Glutamine Amino Acid

L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body. A hard training session or vigorous exercise causes a rapid decrease in l-glutamine levels thus causing stiffness and fatigue soon after the activity. Thus taking l-glutamine after intense exercise will dramatically improve recovery and reduce stiffness and fatigue. An added benefit is that it promotes a healthy gastro-intestinal system.
