Ferrous Forte Syrup is used treat iron deficiency and anaemia in infants and children. It contains amino acid chelated iron which is very well absorbed and tolerated by children. It is citrus flavoured so children won't object too much to taking it. It is gentle on the stomach whereas many other iron preparations may cause nausea or constipation in children.
